SCR NOTE: The intent of the sequence and number of these programs is to provide the diver an opportunity to gain the knowledge, skill and experience, in reasonable steps, to utilize a Rebreather in the Semi-closed Circuit Mode. This allows the FROG Rebreather Diver to choose the Diluent Gas (Air, NITROX, or TRIMIX) that will suit their particular diving needs. Rebreather Certified Divers If you are a Rebreather Certified Diver using Pre-mix NITROX, you may (at the instructor's discretion) begin FROG Rebreather training at the TRIMIX/O2 Level. You would need to complete all of the pre-requisite and co-requisite programs prior to receiving your TRIMIX/O2 SCR Certification.
Instructor Training Currently Certified Rebreather Instructors MDEA accepts applications from any current rebreather instructor certified by any diving agency. Instructors will be accepted into MDEA at the highest level of certification they currently hold

FROG REBREATHER INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM Rebreathers have many factors in common, and the only basic difference are in the "Manufacturer Specific" equipment. Therefore, once you are a rebreather certified instructor, all you really need, to train with a different type of rebreather. is a "Factory Authorized Service Technician Program" for the new rebreather so you understand how it works and then some experience. The more complicated the rebreather, the longer and more complicated the Service Technician Program. Certified with any agency on any rebreather, you can become a FROG Rebreather instructor by this method:

FROG REBREATHER INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PRICING chiThe Frog Rebreather Instructor programs are offered at our Marathon Florida facility upon demand. Rebreather Instructor Candidates must register in advance for a Rbreather ITP. Walk on RITP Candidates will be accepted on a space available basis. Housing can be arrainged and is paid for by each Rebreather Instructor Candidate. The FROG Instructor Training Program may also be run at the Candidates location.
